Salted Cara-Nutty Protein Shake

Protein shakes are a quick and convenient way to increase your daily intake of protein if you struggle to reach your target through food.

If you are like me and you have a huge weakness for sugar and indulgence, you've hit the jackpot. I used three different nuts in this 'caranutty' shake- peanut, almond and coconut. So there's no denying it's full of those healthy essential fats.

This is a thick and creamy protein shake that will leave you feeling sweet and satisfied.


A handful of frozen banana

30g Salted caramel protein (I use SF Nutrition)

1 tbsp of peanut butter

A dash of cinnamon

Milk (amount depends on how runny you want your shake)

Chocolate chips, coconut shavings and almond slices for garnish!

Blend together and enjoy!
