Overnight Oats & Chia Seed Pudding
Updated: Jan 19

This yummy little breakfast pot is so simple and quick to make. It just requires a bit of forward planning, which is never too bad of an idea!
My recipe contains a mixture of oats and chia seeds, making it a little cup of nutritious heaven. Chia seeds are a great source of omega-3, which is especially important for those of you who don't eat fish.
It doesn't just stop at omega-3. These cups of joy are a great source of fibre, protein and lots of different antioxidants.
Everything you could ever want in a breakfast, don't you think?
Ingredients (2 servings):
80g Rolled Oats
35g Chia Seeds
A sprinkle of Cinnamon
A dash of Vanilla extract
340g of Yoghurt (dairy/ non-dairy)
350ml Milk (of your choice)
2 Bananas (sliced)
Method:
1) Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, then scoop out into 2 separate containers.
2) Refrigerate overnight (ideally 8 hours), take them out and enjoy!
Enjoy!
