Fruity and Energising Over-night Oats!
Updated: Jan 19

This recipe is a great summer alternative to the warm and wintery porridge that we like to eat.
I am a huge fan of porridge, for so many reasons. Not only is it nutritious and filling, its hearty and comforting, and can be spruced up with different flavours every time.
In the summer months, I find the traditional cooked porridge a little too heavy on my tummy, so I like to make over-night oats instead.
Good luck and let me know how you find it by leaving a comment below!
